mLLDPE - metallocene linear low-density polyethylene (mLLDPE) with outstanding performance: Exceed^TM XP, Exceed^TM and Enable^TM. Ideal for a range of applications, enabling to create innovative and sustainable solutions for flexible packaging, that includes dry and liquid food, shrink films, stretch and industrial applications.

• Exceed^TM XP, when eXtreme Performance matters, for step-out mechanical performance and excellent processability while offering: impact strength, tear resistance and flex-crack combined with sealability, shrink performance, holding force and good optical properties.
• Exceed^TM, for superior performance with outstanding mechanical and sealing properties combined with best-in-class optics.
• Enable^TM, optimum balance for processing and bubble stability with HAO properties (metallocene): higher film output and film downgauging for easy processing and improved operations.

LLDPE - ExxonMobil^TM linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resins offer an optimal balance of toughness and stiffness.

LDPE - ExxonMobil^TM low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resins are suitable for a large variety of applications, which include blown and cast    film, extrusion and coating, and rotational and injection molding.

HDPE - High-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins utilized in extrusion film applications such as grocery, garbage and deep-freezer bags (10 to 25 microns).

EVA copolymers - Escorene^TM ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers are used in extrusion film processes for  applications including packaging, surface protection and greenhouse covers – and in photovoltaic cell encapsulation.

Exact^TM plastomers - Alpha olefin copolymers for flexible packaging, molded/extruded products, wire and cable, and foaming compounds.

Intermediates - Fluids

Our fluids' area is a global leader in producing differentiated hydrocarbon fluids and oxygenated fluids. Available in a variety of distillation ranges and evaporation rates, they are suitable for use as solvents, dispersants and diluents with application in several important sectors of the Brazilian economy, such as: agribusiness (pesticides), construction, metallurgy, water treatment, on-shore and off-shore exploration, among others.      

From crude oil to the final product, our fully integrated manufacturing plants have the capacity to meet the needs of the Brazilian market, offering a global and reliable supply. In order to support the fluids' business in Brazil, ExxonMobil Química Ltda has two terminals located in Paulinia and Santos, Sao Paulo, which supply all regions in the country.

Intermediates' products are internationally known through the following global brands:

• ESCAID - Special fluids for minerals and oil exploration.
• EXXSOL – Special dearomatized fluids with low aromatics and good solvency for a wide range of applications.
• ISOPAR – Special isoparaffinic fluids of high purity with consistency and quality uniformity, and with narrower boiling ranges.
• SOLVESSO - Heavy aromatic fluids with high solvency and controlled evaporation characteristics that make them versatile in many industrial and agricultural applications.
• SOMENTOR – Special fluids used for aluminum rolling.

Intermediates – OXO

Since the first railcar of EXXAL^TM 8 branched alcohols rolled out of our Baton Rouge facility in 1948, our OXO business has developed ExxonMobil Higher Olefins, EXXAL^TM alcohols, JAYFLEX^TM Plasticizers and ExxonMobil NeoAcids, helping our customers create derivative products that make people’s lives better.

Plasticizers

We offer the industry’s broadest range of high-molecular-weight (HMW) plasticizers. Jayflex^TM high-molecular-weight plasticizers provide an optimum balance of properties with outstanding performance and permanence.

Chemical Intermediates

• Chemical Intermediates - Branched alcohols

Exxal^TM alcohols are branched, primary alcohols used to synthesize surfactants, polymer additives, lube and fuel additives, adhesives, and other industrial products.

• Chemical Intermediates – Branched higher olefins

Higher olefins are reactive intermediates used to manufacture products used in lube oil additives, surfactants and agricultural chemicals to coatings and corrosion inhibitors.

• Chemical Intermediates – Neo Acids

ExxonMobil^TM neo acids exhibit highly branched structures creating steric hindrance that gives excellent thermal and hydrolytic stability in derivatives.
